- Prepare and submit Reports to the senior management;
- The position will coordinate all financial and accounting issues, handle relationships with banks and auditors, and produce in time and with accuracy all financial reports for the Romanian fiscal authorities and all weekly/monthly/yearly and on request external financial reports;
- Will produce forecasts and coordinate the budgeting process;
- Analyze & interpret performance indicators of the business;
- Prepare and implement the annual budget (administrative expenses, investments acquisitions, Balance sheet and P&L);
- Develops controlling tools to ensure accuracy of financial reporting;
- Monitor expenditures to ensure that the departments remain within the budget;
- Organizing accounting and control on registration of accounting & financial data;
- Offer financial and accounting solutions in order to decrease costs;
- Create and prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations required by senior management;
- Implement internal tools in order to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data;
- Develop internal procedures.

Job requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar position or in performing similar tasks;
- University degree Finance/Accounting;
- Good knowledge of an ERP;
- Good command of English (is a must);
- Good knowledge of financial reporting;
- Good knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards and fiscal regulations;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to familiarize quickly with various reporting applications;
- Leadership, strong negotiating ability;
