Job: Contact Centre Coordinator – multinational company
Descriere job: 
- Coordinate the contact center activity and realize the KPI management;
- Call volume forecasting, work load reporting;
- Agents call script creation and management;
- Manage the trainings for agents;
- Create reports and conclude regarding agents productivity;

Job requirements:

- Bachelor degree;
- Experience in coordinating call center activities;
- Experience in team coordination and performances evaluation;
- Excellent communication skills and capability to develop relationships with multiple senior levels positions;
- International exposure;
- Fluent in English;
- Strong leadership and time management skills;
- Problem solving oriented, open-minded and proactive.
