• Partner with the Business in order to translate P&C strategy into actionable plans;
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Development focusing on Talent strategies to attract, recruit, onboard, develop and retain people in order to enable our organization to reach its goals;
• Leads and implements HR projects in the assigned area of responsibility;
• Supports implementation of Employer Branding roadmap and acts as an ambassador;
• Provides ongoing input / insights to the business into developing a positive employee experience;
• Support Top & Middle Management in providing appropriate advice on people and culture topics;
• Serves as a trusted advisor for business leaders in implementing the Talent Management strategy at the organisational and individual level;
• Translates input /insights from employee journey mapping into deliverables to keep up the vibe of positive employee experience;
• Provides input into the design process and coordinates the implementation of the training and development strategy;
• Ensure that all HR policy and process activity is effectively delivered into the responsible business area(s);
• Provides insights to the business into how to use HR Analytics to support business decision making, people related decision making and to drive continuous HR improvement;
• Collaborate effectively across the HR community to ensure global strategies, policies and processes are effectively implemented and monitored;
Requirements
• You hold a University degree and 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a previous role of HRBP/HR Generalist;
• Cross-functional experience – has gained insight into different departments / functions;
• Ability to prioritize and address multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment;
• Ability to work across departmental boundaries to resolve issues;
• Project Management skills;
• People analytics skills;
• Demonstrates the courage and conviction needed to drive large scale change initiatives;
• Team player;
• Demonstrates a broader perspective when solving problems and making decisions;
• Excellent planning and organizing skills;
• Proactivity;
• Very good written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Romanian;
• Microsoft Office proficiency;
• Empathy, curiosity.
