- Lead
initiatives associated with People Strategy, including but not limited to
talent acquisition and succession planning, as well as compensation and benefit
schemes;
- Lead the
execution of the people plan in core areas including Employee Relations,
Workforce planning, Systems, processes and administration, Payroll, etc.;
- Set up
& monitor processes for tracking and reporting People KPI’s and use this to
inform and improve services and practices;
- Support
employees in all people related topics, coach line managers to be empowered
around people, to drive engagement and performance topics and decisions;
- Build
people management skills and leadership capability across the company through
sharing best practices, coaching and training;
- Be key
contact of managers and employees to consult on policies and procedures;
- Provide
professional leadership, support and development to the team, including sharing
best practices and ensuring that relevant professional standards are met;
- Challenge
the process and develop ongoing new and innovative ways of working;
- Plan
structural & organisational changes and forecast operational budgets &
people costs;
- HR
