Requirements
Description
- Work with colleagues in the Procurement and Tendering department to respond to
requests from the sales team in the agreed deadline;
- Evaluate the costs of the architectural/installations works keeping the margins of error within the limits indicated by the Head of Procurement and Tendering;
- Identify the best implementation solutions (suppliers, subcontractors) for each project, so that the resulting offers are competitive;
- Understand and have a clear picture of the technical solutions proposed in the offers so that they can be presented to the customer in an efficient way;
- To ensure that the proposed technical solutions are viable for the specifics of the project;
- Collaborate in an efficient manner with the Project Management team and to ensure his/her availability to support with all the information that they may need during the implementation period;
- Analyse the technical documentation and propose technical solutions;
- Verify the quantities from bill of quantity.

Requirements
- Technical
University Degree with specialization in Civil Constructions or Installations
(eg Technical University of Civil Engineering, Politehnica University, etc.);
- Experience in a Project Management or Tendering position could be an advantage;
- Advanced English;
- Highly organized and able to keep track on multiple projects at the same time;
- Knowledge of MS-Office and AutoCad;
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to deliver results;
- Fast learner and quick thinker;
- Passionate about the construction business, new technologies and ways to improve implementation;
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
