In this role, you have the
opportunity to provide strategic services to support the requirements of the business
partner leaders, including Process compliance, Process improvement, application
convergence and continuous communication. Role is the bridging instance between
the businesses, functions, sales and service geographies and the IT functions
within the company.
You are responsible for:
- Manage and take local engagement
with business on IT service and delivery in own Markets;
- Be the one face of IT towards
assigned business stakeholders in the market organization. Ensure that the IT
portfolio and service provisioning is balanced between market needs and global
IT-strategy. Oversee the IT portfolio for local & global initiatives
especially within own domain and ensure timely preparation for deployment as
well as operations after GoLive in business & IT to avoid any surprises or
unforeseen gaps. Monitoring quality, progress and performance of IT-Services
and take all necessary corrective actions to ensure that all elements esp. in
the TSLA are being delivered;
- Manage any escalations from/to
business related to IT services, with communication to business and close follow
up with IT Ops Mgt (monitor, activate & contribute as needed);
- Defining and evolving the IT
strategy and delivery of roadmaps aligned with strategic business imperatives
are tailored to the requirements from Day 2. Providing Market input and
evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions;
- Consult business on available IT
services & solutions for benefit / impact / challenges involved to allow
priority setting across the total portfolio of initiatives in IT & Markets,
locally and globally for smooth operations and maximum benefit;
- Actively drive business
discussion of service needs to reduce / standardize local application per
value/cost and priority. Management of current solutions & services,
promoting scalability and reusability of initiatives co-delivered by the IT
community across geographies. Participating in the strategic planning process
with business to understand market business priorities and impact on
information systems and technologies;
- Drive an engaged community of IT,
key users and SMEs towards market, a.o. by transparent communication, active
involvement and by setting inspiring and aspirational goals and daily
management as applicable.
- Min. 3 years of professional
experience with the proven track of record in IT environment;
- Knowledge within the area of
hosting, networking and applications (e.g. SAP);
- High focus on customer- oriented
results and way of working;
- Well-developed communication and
interpersonal skills;
- Very good command of English
language (B2+);
- Experience with the basic Lean
methods like daily management, problem solving.
